Why Sound Healing
Everything is energy in motion, and everything vibrates at it's specific frequency. With my signature sacred "7 flutes of the 7 chakras" sound healing journey, you and/or your guests can experience a total reset of the nervous system and re-alignment of your 7 major energy centers through vibrations of my voice, drumming, crystal singing bowls, chimes and 7 native American flutes tuned to the 7 chakras. The live version is approximately 90 minutes.

Akashic Records
The Akashic Records has been called the Etheric Library, or The Book of Life. Yoga Offerings
Hatha Yoga
Hatha in Sanskrit means Sun-Moon. Hatha yoga is a way to balance energy through a yoga system of physical asanas and consciously controlled breathing. Through gentle stretching & traditional poses, Hatha yoga is designed to aid in focus and slowing down while releasing tension & stress in the body and mind. Excellent for beginners and anyone who has a difficult time focusing.
Goddess Yoga
Goddess Yoga is a unique style of yoga practice that is bellied danced inspired & designed for women to move our bodies in a fun & sensual way. This creates a connection with the inner Divine Feminine and our own self-expression . The yoga class begins with rituals of anointing ourselves with essential oils & pulling oracle cards for a divine message. The practice is then focused on being present while having fun exploring new ways in moving our bodies with heart circles & hip circles, kundalini breathing, and allowing a softness of traditional yoga experienced in a more flowing feminine way. Relieve stress, have fun and connect with your inner goddess.

Are you curious about the basics of setting up a daily meditation practice? and the benefits of having one? This session covers all that you need and desire to create your own meditation practice that can be gently implemented into your daily self care routine.
Shinrin Yoku
Shinrin Yoku, or Forst Bathing, is a Japanese practice designed in the 1980's to aid in the deepening of our relationship to Mother Nature. The meditative practice consists of a series of invitations to invoke a new depth of communing with nature that has lasting results. Through slowing down, opening all of the senses and supporting communication with nature, we reduce stress & blood pressure and increase our immunity and vigor.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by a guided meditation designed to bring one into the theta brain wave state. This is a very restorative state which results in feelings of peace, calm and connection to the divine energy, or oneness, greater than oneself.

About Me~
I grew up in a musical Catholic family in the Midwest. Upon graduating from Marquette University, while I was mainly focused on being a singer/songwriter and performing musician, I took a part-time job as an office manager at a yoga studio. This changed my life! Before long I found myself in Sedona, in 2007, taking my 200HR Hatha Yoga training, and I never left! I fell in love with the yogic lifestyle and have been growing and evolving here on this sacred land ever since. I have been providing various styles of yoga, meditation, sound healing, and Akashic Records sessions to more than 10,000 people in the Sedona area over the past decade. These modalities are ancient, sacred, and powerful ways to re-align with the divine that lives within each and all of us. I invite you to slow down, surrender, and enjoy the journey, one breath at a time. It's my honor to guide you on a customized path back to your Authentic Self!
